1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of SoundWave Mobile Studios ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SoundWave Mobile Studios provides professional mobile recording services including live session recording, band production, video content audio, and corporate event recording across Cebu and the Philippines.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: All recording sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Payment: Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.

Cancellation: Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled session receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate venue information and ensuring access to the recording location
• Ensuring adequate power supply and suitable recording environment
• Obtaining necessary permissions for recording at third-party venues
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions

5. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Arrive on time with professional equipment in working condition
• Provide experienced audio engineers
• Deliver recorded files in agreed formats within specified timeframes
• Maintain confidentiality of your recordings

6. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain all rights to your recorded material. We do not claim ownership of your music or content.

Portfolio Use: We may request permission to use excerpts of recordings for promotional purposes. Your explicit consent will be obtained before any such use.

7. Liability and Indemnification

SoundWave Mobile Studios is not liable for:

• Equipment failure beyond our control
• Venue-related issues (power outages, access restrictions)
• Performance quality of artists
• Third-party copyright infringement by clients

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cebu City, Philippines.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
